The Memoir Office

Author Daniel Nester has an interesting new gig these days, working in the The Memoir Office, which is a sort of art installation /conceptual performance/odd way to make us think. We wish we lived closer to Albany, because it also looks like fun.
Here’s his explanation:
The Memoir Office is a working writing space for The Memoirist (Daniel Nester), who will be in residence at various times during the exhibition. When the Memoir Office is open, visitors may discuss matters specific to the Memoirist’s work, edit drafts, contribute, ask questions or tell stories themselves.
And yes, Virginia, he is BLOGGING the experience.
There is something like this in Philadelphia too, at the First Person Museum, hosted by a non-profit devoted to the art of life. Here’s a link.

Will the story be called A Nester Nests?
